Shipping policy
Ordering Policy:
All Floral Designs will be available for Same-Day ordering unless stated/communicated otherwise .
Cut-off timing for Same-Day orders is at 10:00am on the ordering day itself.
Please note that your order will be fulfilled between 10am to 5pm on your selected Delivery Date. Dates will be greyed out when Date/Time are fully booked or unavailable.
Deliveries will be made anytime between your selected time slot. We strictly do not cater to any specific time request.
Failed Delivery / Re-delivery:
Failed Delivery
- Under these conditions, We cannot accept the responsibility for any failed / late deliveries.
- Incorrect Address given, Missing unit number, Wrong postal code. Etc
- No valid means to contact both Recipient & Buyer.
- Recipient is not present in the given location.
- Restrictions from Building’s Management / Security.
In any situation receiver is uncontactable, we will always call you (buyer) for instructions. Under Circumstances both “Buyer” and “Receiver” is uncontactable, and we can’t leave it with anyone. After 15 minutes of wait, this delivery will be deemed as FAILED.
A Re-Delivery / Self Collection will be re-scheduled based on Le Secret Fleur's scheduling. For ALL redelivery, there will be a delivery cost of $20.
