Will you provide receipt to the recipient?

No, we do not attach any form of payment detail to the recipient.

Can I do a Self-Collection?

Yes, you may but strictly by appointment please.

How do I know whether my order has been confirmed?

A confirmation email will be sent to you to acknowledge your order.

Can I stay anonymous?

Yes,  we do not reveal our buyer’s information to the recipient without his/her permission.

Orders:

Can I purchase my orders in advance?

Yes, you can place your order up to 1 month in advance.

Can I change any information related to my order?

You may change any information related to your order 1 day before the actual delivery date.

Can I customise my own arrangement?

No, our product designs and arrangements are all fixed. We have a wide range of products available, and we’re sure there will be something that caters to your liking.

Can I cancel my order?

We do not allow any order cancellations. However, we allow reschedule of delivery 48 hours prior to date of delivery.

Payment:

What are the types of payment methods available?

We accept Credit Cards, PayNow, PayLah and Bank Transfer. Strictly no cash on delivery.

Can I make payment from overseas?

Yes, you can make payment even if you’re overseas as long as it complies with our payment methods available and delivery is made within Singapore. 

My payment was declined, what should I do?

Flower Care:

How should I take care of dried/preserved flowers?

Dried and Preserved flowers are delicate and can be retained up to 6 to 8 months if kept away from sunlight, water, moisture and handled with a gentle touch.

Safety:

Are you allergic to any flowers? Do they contain pollen?

Le Secret Fleur will not be responsible for any allergy/health issues from the purchase of our buds. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient is not allergic to pollen or any types of flowers. Our blooms are 100% genuine and are naturally air dried/preserved from fresh flowers. Hence, we are unable to guarantee the complete absence of pollen.
